In the Brandowe Okulary.pl online shop we sell exclusively original eyewear and accessories from reputable brands. Every product comes from a legitimate source and is verified before dispatch.

 
Where do our products come from?

Our products are sourced from:

  • authorised distribution channels, official suppliers and brand partners,

  • verified commercial sources operating in accordance with EU law.

We do not buy goods from random adverts or unverified channels.

 
What do you get in the kit?

Depending on the brand and model, you will receive with your glasses:

  • original case / box manufacturer,

  • cloth and/or grooming accessories (if specified by the brand),

  • documents / booklet / identification elements (if added by the brand),

  • proof of purchase.

How do we verify products?

Before a product is dispatched, we check, among other things:

  • the conformity of the model, variant and finishes with the manufacturer's documentation,

  • markings (engravings, logos, signatures),

  • the condition of the product and the completeness of the kit components.


 
Guarantee

Each product is covered by a guarantee in accordance with the law and the manufacturer's rules.

 
How long does the guarantee last?
  • Manufacturer's guarantee: 24 months

  • Irrespective of the manufacturer's warranty, you have rights under the law on non-conformity of goods.

 
What does the guarantee cover?

The guarantee applies to defects resulting from causes inherent in the product (e.g. a defect in material or workmanship).

 
What does the guarantee not cover?

The guarantee does not normally cover:

  • mechanical damage (fall, crushing, impact fracture),

  • scratches on the lenses and coating elements caused by use,

  • normal signs of wear and tear,

  • damage resulting from improper care or storage.


 
How do I report a problem/complaint?

If you notice a defect or problem:

  1. Write to us at [email protected] and enter your order number.

  2. Add a short description and photos (if possible).

  3. We will respond within  1-2 working days and we will guide you through the next steps.


 
Care - how to look after your glasses so they last for years
  • keep your glasses in the case,

  • Clean only with a soft cloth (microfibre),

  • avoid putting lenses “on glass”,

  • do not leave glasses in high temperatures (e.g. in the car in summer).


 
Vault collection - limited editions

Models with The Vault Collection it often short series and rare variants. The completeness of the kit and the items included by the manufacturer may vary from edition to edition - if you want to make sure before you buy, please email us.
