In the Brandowe Okulary.pl online shop we sell exclusively original<\/strong> eyewear and accessories from reputable brands. Every product comes from a legitimate source and is verified before dispatch.<\/p>

  • authorised distribution channels<\/strong>, official suppliers and brand partners,<\/p><\/li>

    We do not buy goods from random adverts or unverified channels.<\/p><\/blockquote>

    What do you get in the kit?<\/h5>

    Depending on the brand and model, you will receive with your glasses:<\/p>

    • original case \/ box<\/strong> manufacturer,<\/p><\/li>

    • cloth<\/strong> and\/or grooming accessories (if specified by the brand),<\/p><\/li>

    • documents \/ booklet<\/strong> \/ identification elements (if added by the brand),<\/p><\/li>

    • proof of purchase<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      How do we verify products?<\/h5>

      Before a product is dispatched, we check, among other things:<\/p>

      • the conformity of the model, variant and finishes with the manufacturer's documentation,<\/p><\/li>

      • the condition of the product and the completeness of the kit components.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Guarantee<\/h5>

        Each product is covered by a guarantee in accordance with the law and the manufacturer's rules.<\/p>

        How long does the guarantee last?<\/h5>

        • Irrespective of the manufacturer's warranty, you have rights under the law on non-conformity of goods<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          The guarantee applies to defects resulting from causes inherent in the product (e.g. a defect in material or workmanship).<\/p>

          • mechanical damage (fall, crushing, impact fracture),<\/p><\/li>

          • scratches on the lenses and coating elements caused by use,<\/p><\/li>

          • normal signs of wear and tear,<\/p><\/li>

          • damage resulting from improper care or storage.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            How do I report a problem\/complaint?<\/h5>

            If you notice a defect or problem:<\/p>

            2. Add a short description and photos (if possible).<\/p><\/li>

            3. We will respond within \u00a01-2 working days<\/strong>\u00a0and we will guide you through the next steps.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

              Care - how to look after your glasses so they last for years<\/h5>

              • keep your glasses in the case,<\/p><\/li>

              • Clean only with a soft cloth (microfibre),<\/p><\/li>

              • avoid putting lenses \u201con glass\u201d,<\/p><\/li>

              • do not leave glasses in high temperatures (e.g. in the car in summer).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
