1) Returns (withdrawal)<\/h5>

If you are buying as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of time 14 days<\/strong> from receipt of the parcel - without stating a reason.<\/p>

How to make a return<\/h5>

  1. Write to us at sklep@markoweokulary.pl<\/b>\u00a0with an order number.<\/p><\/li>

  2. You will receive brief return instructions and a return address.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Send the product back within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    Conditions for acceptance of return<\/h5>

    To speed up the process, please send the product back:<\/p>

    • able unused<\/strong>, No signs of wear,<\/p><\/li>

    • w original packaging<\/strong> (manufacturer's case\/box, accessories),<\/p><\/li>

    • accompanied by proof of purchase<\/strong> (or order number).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      You can inspect the product as you would in a stationary shop - but the value of the product cannot be diminished by use beyond mere inspection.<\/p><\/blockquote>

      Return costs<\/h5>

      The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless we agree otherwise (e.g. an error on our part).<\/p>

      Return of funds<\/h5>

      We process payment refunds within 14 days<\/strong> from receipt of the cancellation notice, but we may withhold the return until we have received the product or confirmation of posting.<\/p>

      We return the funds using the same payment method used for the purchase (unless we agree otherwise).<\/p>

      2) Replacement<\/h5>

      If you wish to exchange the product (e.g. for a different model or variant), please write to us at\u00a0sklep@markoweokulary.pl<\/span>.
      Exchanges are carried out subject to availability. Usually the quickest way is to place a new order and return the previous one.<\/p>

      3) Complaints<\/h5>

      If a product has a defect or does not comply with the contract, you have the right to make a complaint.<\/p>

      How to make a complaint<\/h5>

      Send a message to\u00a0sklep@markoweokulary.pl<\/span>\u00a0and give:<\/p>

      • order number,<\/p><\/li>

      • problem description,<\/p><\/li>

      • photographs of the defect (if possible),<\/p><\/li>

      • indicate whether you prefer: repair, replacement, price reduction or return.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        We will respond to your complaint within 14 days<\/strong>.<\/p>

        What cannot be claimed<\/h5>

        The complaint may not include:<\/p>

        • natural signs of wear and tear resulting from normal use,<\/p><\/li>

        • mechanical damage incurred after delivery (e.g. fall, crushing),<\/p><\/li>

        • improper care or misuse.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
