RULES AND REGULATIONS<\/h5>\n

I. GENERAL INFORMATION<\/h6>\n

Placing an order in the shop implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

The administrator of the online shop is \u201eSun and Shadow\u201d, Golkowice 12, 46-220 Byczyna.<\/p>\n

II. BUYER REGISTRATION<\/h5>\n

The buyer is obliged to fill in the registration form truthfully. When registering, the customer provides personal data for the purpose of processing the order and accepts these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

III. ACCEPTANCE AND EXECUTION OF THE ORDER<\/h5>\n

The order is placed by filling in the order form on the shop website.<\/p>\n

The individual placing the order must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity.<\/p>\n

The buyer will be informed of changes to the status of the order by e-mail.<\/p>\n

Orders are confirmed by email or telephone. Failure to confirm an order will result in its cancellation.<\/p>\n

In the event of a stock shortage, the buyer will be informed and the monies paid will be refunded.<\/p>\n

Prices in the shop are in PLN, include VAT and do not include delivery costs.<\/p>\n

The cost of delivery shall be borne by the purchaser.<\/p>\n

The lead time is up to 24 hours for in-stock goods, counting from order confirmation (excluding public holidays).<\/p>\n

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is included with each transaction.<\/p>\n

Payment is possible:<\/p>\n

  • cash on delivery (within Poland),<\/li>\n
  • by traditional transfer,<\/li>\n
  • via Przelewy24, PayPal, Revolut Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Orders can only be cancelled by email or telephone prior to fulfilment.<\/p>\n

    IV. WARRANTY, GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINTS<\/h5>\n

    The seller grants a manufacturer's guarantee (if applicable) and is liable for defects of the goods in accordance with art. 556 et seq. Civil Code (warranty).<\/p>\n

    Claims relating to damage to the parcel should be made in the presence of the courier, with a damage report drawn up.<\/p>\n

    A complaint should be made by email or telephone, stating the order details, the purchase document number and a description of the defect.<\/p>\n

    In the event of a justified complaint, a refund will be made by bank transfer within 14 days.<\/p>\n

    V. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h5>\n

    The buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.<\/p>\n

    The statement can be made by email.<\/p>\n

    The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/p>\n

    The goods should be returned in a condition not exceeding that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\n

    The payment will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal declaration.<\/p>\n

    The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the cases listed in Article 38 of the Act, inter alia, in the case of goods bearing traces of use or damaged packaging, if they affect the value of the goods.<\/p>\n

    VI. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/h5>\n

    The administrator of the personal data is SUN AND SHADOW.<\/p>\n

    Data is processed in accordance with the RODO and the Act of 10 May 2018 for the purposes of:<\/p>\n

        • The execution of the order (Article 6(1)(b) RODO),<\/li>\n
        • marketing (Article 6(1)(a) RODO - with consent).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          The buyer has the right:<\/p>\n

          access, rectification, erasure and restriction of data processing,<\/p>\n

              \n
            • \n
                \n
              • data portability,<\/li>\n
              • to object to the processing,<\/li>\n
              • withdrawal of consent,<\/li>\n
              • lodge a complaint with the President of UODO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Data may be entrusted to payment operators and courier companies only to the extent necessary to process the order.<\/p>\n

                Data will be stored for a period of 2 years after the end of the contract, or longer if required by law.<\/p>\n

                The administrator does not make decisions by automated means, does not carry out profiling with legal effects.<\/p>\n

                VII. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/h5>\n

                The seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions for important legal or organisational reasons. Customers will be informed of the changes.<\/p>\n

                In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 shall apply.<\/p>\n
